The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has approved the format of the Electronic Car Book

Excerpt from November 2012 Memo from the Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles:

As of the date of this memo there are at least two (2) publishers in Massachusetts who are publishing the Used Vehicle Record Book in a book format approved by the Registrar and at least one (1) other publisher is approved for a computer-generated format. The Registrar does not require that a dealer maintain a separate UVRB for each calendar yeara book may be maintained on an ongoing-basis.
